After proudly calling Woodcliff Lake home for the past 13 years, Eric understands both what makes the town special and where opportunities exist for improvement. He is committed to bringing fresh energy, thoughtful leadership, and practical solutions that will move the community forward.

Most importantly, Eric believes in open communication and accessible leadership. He will always be available to listen to residents, address their concerns, and work tirelessly to strengthen Woodcliff Lake and enhance the quality of life for everyone in the community.

As a parent raising a family in Woodcliff Lake, Eric understands firsthand how important it is for residents to feel confident in their schools, neighborhoods, and the opportunities available to their children. He knows that the town is more than simply where families live—it is where children grow, learn, and build the foundation for their futures.

Eric is committed to strengthening the schools, supporting local families, and making thoughtful decisions that keep the community safe, vibrant, and forward-looking. By working together, he believes Woodcliff Lake can preserve everything residents love about the town while creating even greater opportunities for the next generation to thrive.

Eric is often jokingly asked if he’s a professional dog walker while out walking the five dogs that complete the Bittman family — Rocky, Tommy, George, Winnie, and Walter. As any dog lover knows, life with five dogs is never boring, and the Bittman household is filled with energy, laughter, and plenty of wagging tails.

Eric’s lifelong passion for dogs inspired him to launch Warren London Dog Products over 16 years ago. What began as a small business built on innovation and care has grown into one of the world’s leading luxury dog spa and grooming product companies. Warren London products are designed to provide high-quality, solution-based care for dogs of all kinds and can now be found in major retailers such as Petsmart, Amazon, Chewy, and many locally owned pet shops across the country.

Beyond building a successful business, Eric has remained committed to supporting the local community. Through Warren London’s warehouse operations in Pearl River, he has provided opportunities to local students, employing nine Woodcliff Lake interns over the years.

Eric’s experience building a business from the ground up, combined with his strong sales, networking, and leadership skills, gives him a unique perspective on how to help Woodcliff Lake continue to grow, strengthen its local economy, and build an even better future for residents and families.

About Eric

  • Born and raised in New City, NY

  • Graduated from Towson University in 2003

  • Tax accountant for 8 years

  • An entrepreneur at heart, started a new company Warren London in 2010, which manufactures dog spa and grooming products.

  • Wife Sara is an OB-GYN at Hackensack Hospital and also runs the residency program there.

  • 2 daughters in the Woodcliff Lake school district. Alexa is 13 years old in 8th grade while Avery is 11 years old in 6th grade.

  • Head coach of both Alexa and Avery’s Rec soccer teams for many years.

  • 5 dogs in the house - Rocky, Tommy, George, Winnie and Walter
